Business Minds Thought Leader Partnership Agreement – Affiliate & Revenue Share Program

This Thought Leader Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The Business Minds (“Company”) and the approved Thought Leader Partner (“Partner”). This Agreement governs participation in the Business Minds Thought Leader Affiliate Program and is conditional upon continued performance and compliance.

1. Program Overview
The Business Minds Thought Leader Partnership Program is a conditional affiliate relationship designed for experienced entrepreneurs, educators, and industry leaders who actively contribute content, engagement, and visibility to the Business Minds ecosystem. Participation is earned and maintained, not guaranteed.

2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify and remain active, the Partner must: (a) demonstrate a proven level of experience in business, entrepreneurship, leadership, or a relevant professional field; (b) maintain active participation within the Business Minds ecosystem; and (c) agree to all content, promotion, and participation requirements in this Agreement. Failure to meet requirements may result in suspension or termination.

3. Partner Responsibilities
Content & Promotion: Publish or share a minimum of three (3) promotional or value-based posts per week related to The Business Minds, business strategy, systems, entrepreneurship, or leadership, on platforms such as social media, blogs, newsletters, or video channels, in alignment with brand values.
Podcast Participation: Appear as a guest on The Business Minds Podcast at least once when invited; additional appearances may be requested but are not mandatory unless mutually agreed.
Brand Alignment: Represent The Business Minds professionally and ethically, and avoid false claims, misleading statements, or brand misrepresentation.

4. Affiliate Tracking & Access
Approved Partners receive a unique, trackable affiliate link, 365-day tracking cookies for referred users, and access to an Affiliate Dashboard with click tracking, conversion tracking, visibility into leads who purchase, and records of customers who have purchased via the Partner’s link. The Company’s affiliate system is the final authority on attribution.

5. Commission Structure
Membership Commissions: Partner earns a 25% recurring commission on all new members who sign up for The Business Minds HQ Plan ($99/month) using the Partner’s affiliate link, for as long as the member remains subscribed and in good standing.
Services Commissions: Partner earns a 15% commission on any paid services purchased by members they directly refer through their affiliate link within 12 months of signup.
Commission Eligibility: Commissions are only paid on successfully tracked referrals and completed, non-refunded purchases. No commissions are paid on the Partner’s own purchases or on fraudulent or self-referred accounts.

6. Payments
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid according to the Company’s standard payout schedule. Minimum payout thresholds may apply. The Company may withhold payments for suspected fraud, policy violations, or breach of this Agreement.

7. Term & Termination
The Agreement begins upon acceptance into the Program and continues month-to-month. The Company may suspend or terminate the Agreement immediately if the Partner fails to meet posting or participation requirements, misrepresents the brand, violates ethical or legal standards, or engages in spam, manipulation, or deceptive marketing. The Partner may terminate participation at any time with written notice. Upon termination, affiliate links may be deactivated, future commissions cease, and previously earned commissions may still be paid at the Company’s discretion.

8. Relationship of Parties
Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture. The Partner acts as an independent affiliate and content collaborator.

9. Modifications
The Company may update or modify this Agreement with reasonable notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Confidentiality
Any non-public information, internal data, or analytics accessed through the affiliate dashboard must remain confidential and may not be shared without written consent.

11. Acceptance
By joining the Business Minds Thought Leader Partnership Program, the Partner acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
